This merge is to solve the issue with the RMSSS function found in !182 (merged)
The issue occurred when the full-field data was provided as an input and ref=NULL, then the climatology would be zero, leading to values of RMSSS close to one. The fix applied now calculates a climatology from the obs data for this case.
