Bugfix: Retrieve correct time steps when time is across file dimension and the time steps of the first files are skipped

Merged vagudets requested to merge develop-correct_timesteps_across_dim into master

Fix: Iterating over names instead of length when correcting 'sub_array_of_indices_by_file'. See: #198 (closed)
