Allow running of Compute() with Autosubmit on HPC machines without esarchive access

Merged vagudets requested to merge dev-run_compute_autosubmit_on_gpfs into master

Addresses #212 (closed).

Also includes:

  • A new use case for running Compute() with files that are both on esarchive and gpfs
  • New AS machines bscesautosubmit03 and bscesautosubmit04 as options for remote execution of Autosubmit
  • New cluster parameter 'hostname' for the user to be able to choose the login node of the HPC machine.
