This can be used to print a the core's assocatied with a specific
  node based upon an offset and lenght within a global core_bitmap

scontrol modified to report core IDs for reservation containing individual
    cores.

This will be triggered after either a burst buffer job_begin function
  or select plugin job_begin function fails. Without this change, the
  "squeue -i" and "scontrol show job" commands can report old job
  state information.

slurmdb_[un]pack_cluster_accounting_rec in 5f156ac2. Prototypes for
pack_cluster_accounting_rec were added in 3f45b4e5 instead of
slurmdb_[un]pack_cluster_accounting_rec.
