- New recovery

Instructions:
Create a file on /cfu/autosubmit/<expid>/pkl/updated_list_<expid>.txt (two columns: JOB_NAME STATUS)
Run:
- (Not save changes) python recovery.py -e expid (Will create a new plot without modifying the changes and will rename the update_list_<expid>)
- (Save changes) python recovery.py -e expid -s (Will create a new plot, modifying the pkl and will rename the update_list_<expid>)
