User can provide a formula to -fc and -ftc:
[ 1960(0605-1206) [ fc0 [1 2 3 4] fc1 [1] ] 16651101 [ fc0 [1-30 31 32] ] ]
Where the date accepts a range the is expanded according to month and day differences. If the month is different, then a range is generated. If the days are different, a day range is generated. If both are different, then a combination of month and day range is generated.
