WFH policy
Return to in-person as the main working mode since October 1st 2021 with a Working From Home policy.
The BSC WFH policy let you work from home up to three days per week, in agreement with your manager: https://intranet.bsc.es/personnel-corner/hr-policies-and-information/working-home-teletrabajo
Extraordinary WFH petition: you can ask for more days (more than three days to the whole week), it will be accepted with a justification.
